Dr. Leslie Griesdorf is currently a retired dental professional who spends his time working out, making smart investments in the stock market, and even practicing karate. He is dedicated to living his life to the fullest, and spending his time from work with his family and loved ones. Before retiring from the dental profession, he made quite a name for himself in the field after a lengthy career serving the dental needs of his community. He owned and operated a private practice in Toronto, Canada, where he made sure his patients’ needs were taken care of to the best of his ability. He had a strong reputation for being professional, genuinely caring, and devoted to his work that both his patients and his colleagues respected.
Before he retired from his career in 2004, he was committed to working out regularly, at least four times a week. Now that he has retired, he has even more time to spend on his physical fitness and overall health. However, he has come to understand that working out simply isn’t enough to be healthy or to get they physical results that he wants; he must be willing to work out with good technique in order to get the best results. For example, running is a great way to build cardiovascular endurance and to trim unhealthy fat through out the body. However, if you run the wrong way or with improper form, you could be doing more damage than good. Any workout that involves impact forces or stress on the body needs to be performed the right way in order to reduce the risk of injury.
Dr. Leslie Griesdorf tries to work out with proper form no matter the exercise so that he can continue to work out well into the future.
